PC-Woody is an epoxy paste formulated to replace missing and rotted wood. It has structural strength greater than most wood and is a permanent wood repair for interior and exterior applications. This epoxy is made from real wood and has many characteristics of wood. The PC-Woody formulation provides extended working time for large and critical jobs, allowing the user time to reposition work or make changes. The high "wet grab" or tack of PC-Woody makes overhead and sidewall work easy without drip or sag.

PC-Woody demonstrates excellent resistance to all weather elements, dry rot, UV light, fresh and salt water, and also chemicals present in pressure-treated wood. After cure, it can be painted, stained, drilled, machined, sanded, filed, tapped, or sawed. It can be used to repair log homes, furniture, window and door sills, and much more.

The product comes in two parts: component A is off-white, and component B is light brown. The mixed color is pine or tan. The work time at 70 degrees Fahrenheit is 30-40 minutes, and the tack-free cure time is 90 minutes. It can be used for service after 24 hours and reaches maximum cure in 7 days.

PC-Woody has a Gardner impact resistance of 100 in/lb and an elongation of 5-7 percent. It is non-conductive and has excellent thermal shock resistance. The product is safe once cured and has a heat range of -20 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

The tensile shear strength of PC-Woody is 850 psi, the compressive yield is 2340 psi, and the flexural strength is 1280 psi. It has a water absorption of 0.44 percent and a weight (specific gravity) of 0.72 g/cm cube or 0.42 oz/in cube. The hardness Shore D is 50-55 after 1 week, and the heat deflection is 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
